Solid Light

Solid Light is an investigation into the use of live graphics control with KUKA robotic precision. By synchronizing the movements of the robot arm with changes in two dimensional imagery, we created three dimensional forms captured via long exposure photography.

Inversion

The alternate side of the project switches the dynamic and static elements. Here, the camera is mounted to the moving arm, compiling angles of a still subject.
